Ezplore Innovation of Enterprise Cost Management Based on the Concept of Circular Economy

摘要：

Effective cost management is the key to enterprise competition. The common ways of cost management in most enterprises are reducing cost and cutting down expenditure. However, from the viewpoint of long-term development, the focus of effective cost management should be put on innovation. The concept of circular economy provides a new idea for the innovation of enterprise cost management. Based on the concept of circular economy, this paper draws a conclusion that enterprise cost management should strengthen concept innovation, scope innovation, object innovation, means innovation, law system and managerial mechanism innovation, etc. by using such research methods as comparison, description, testament and so on. These superficial researches are expected to have lessons for the cost management of enterprise and the development of circular economy.
