The application of value engineering to logistics area performs an impressive role in solving the problems of low efficiency and high cost in logistics sector. The article gives an introduction to under the E-commerce Environment the specific ap-plying methods of value engineering and the factors to be considered in application. The article also summarizesthe applying procedure of value engineering.
