Research on the Basic Concept and methods of Value Engineering Oriented to Enhancing the Value of Equipment

摘要：

This paper considered the actual application of value engineering and the needs of Large and complex equipment for value engineering theory, analyzed the basic concept of value engineering, and made some personal views based on them. In addition, in order to enrich the connotation of the concept of value engineering and expand the outreach of value engineering, this paper redefined the concept and purpose of value engineering, and explored the ways of value engineering theoretically. So it is of great significance to the application of value engineering in the large and complex project and also the implementing the scientific development concept and building a resource-saving society.
