The function of knowledge sharing on public service innovation: a theoretic ezploration
Calling for quality and efficiency improvement of public service makes public service innovation necessary. In this paper, after a detailed literature review to knowledge sharing and public service innovation, we discussed the relationships between public service innovation and knowledge sharing. Next, we divided public service into two subprocesses: decision-making process and public service implement process, and then we analyzed the function of knowledge sharing on public service innovation.
