Research on the Efficiency of College Knowledge Innovation
In economic knowledge era, knowledge activity has become an important carrier of the other activities in college, for example, store and propagate knowledge, create and transform knowledge, evaluate and circulate knowledge, share and distribute knowledge, and so on. In national innovation system college actually play a role to promote innovation ability of our country, and stand in the top level of national innovation. The concept which has close relationship with college knowledge activity is Transformation of science and technology production, and the transformation ratio is regarded as evaluation index of knowledge activity and policy direction of guiding, that presents obvious limitation in economic knowledge era. So this dissertation proposes to make use of knowldege transferring efficiency to reflect contributation college devotes to society, and the knowledge innovation and transferring efficiency of universities in our country are calculated in order to analyze their knowledge activity. Utilizing statistical data during 2002?005 year to calculate the efficiency of knowledge transfer and knowledge innovation of college, the characteristics of knowledge production in college are analyzed and the key factors influence efficiency of knowledge transfer are also analyzed.
