The Appliance of Cooperating Management of Value Chain and Supply Chain in EPC Project

摘要：

This thesis aimed at EPC general construction pattern, which is more and more frequently adopted in project management in recent years. The thesis systematically analyzed the characteristics of the value chain and supply chain of EPC Project, and analyzed the differences with traditional pattern. On the basis of analyzing the relationship of value chain and supply chain, the thesis put forward the idea that the value chain management and supply chain management should be cooperated together in EPC pattern, and designed the basic pattern of cooperating management of value chain and supply chain of EPC project. The idea could be used for reference by owners and contractors who want to raise the value of EPC project.
