A Study on the Application of Value Engineering in Aviation Enterprise Lean Management

摘要：

Recently, lean management is becoming more and more popular in Chinas aviation industry, which shows positive results, and the value engineering must have played a vital role in the process. Taking the value flow analysis and improvement of a crucial part in an aeroplane manufacturing plant as an example, including data collection, value flow status diagram, problem analysis and improvement, we demonstrate the application of value engineering in the field of aviation enterprise lean management to provide some guidelines and references.
