Risk-value Management of Physical Education Three Independent Course Selection in Institutes of Higher Learning
Three independent course selection means that students can freely select teachers, events, and school time in the institutes of higher learning. It recruits much vigor to Chinese Institutes of higher learning, and satisfies students interesting. However, there exist some problems in the process of implementing three independent course selection. Many studies have been done through comparative literature method, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and so forth. In this paper, from a point of view of risk-value management, we examine the risks of three independent course selection according to risk management process both in qualitative and quantitative way. The risk management steps include risk identification, risk assessment, risk avoidance and risk contingency. The purpose of studying risk-value management in physical education is to minimize the risks of course selection and reduce the loss of risks.
