Review on the Research on Integrated Management of Large Public Welfare Projects

摘要：

Based on the defects and problems existing in the large public welfare projects, the paper makes an introduction of the general project management and construction project management, and demonstrates the necessity of the integrated project management. It presents a comprehensive view of the research on the integrated management of large public welfare projects at home and abroad. With undoubtedly enormous theoretical and practical significance, the research on the integrated project management is not only the need of the large public welfare project management theory development, but also the objective requirement of the large public welfare project management practice.
