Research on the analysis and evaluation of the impact of requirement change on Software project

摘要：

The decision of requirement change is an important section of requirement change control. According to the analysis of the requirement change factors and its impact on schedule, benefit, risk, cost and other system factors, this paper brings out a revised method to evaluate the importance of requirement change and analyzes the cost evaluation model of COCOMO? on the basis of the analysis of project size estimation using both the method of source lines of code (SLOC) and function point(FP). Both the result of requirement change importance evaluation and cost estimation is considered to be the basis of the decision-making of the Change Control Board (CCB). This method supports better management and control of requirement change and makes the requirement change control process more scientific and feasible.
