Research on IP Value Creation Mechanism to Firm based on System

摘要：

Value creation is the core and the significance of sustainable management. IP is the most important source of enterprise value. Enterprise value creation of intellectual property right is a systematiC activity affected by many factors. In order to creat IP value, by analyzing the regular exercise and interaction between elements of IP value creation system, we constructe the mechanism of IP value creation to play a roal of elements of value-driven which including the follwing parts of IP R&D and innovation mechanism, IP application and protection mechanism, IP audit and portfolio mechanism, IP capital and asset operation mechanism and IP distribution and incentive mechanism. In the abovementioned mechanisms, R&D and innovation mechanism is the basic mechanism, IP application and protection mechanism is the key of value creation and IP application and protection mechanism is the core mechanism.
