Multi-dimensional Analysis of Organizational Structure of Project with Huawei WCDMA Project as an Ezample
This paper studies and analyzes the characteristics of IT project and its organization of telecommunications industry, studies the factors influencing the organizational structure of the IT project, and why the IT project adopts the multidimensional organizational structure. Then describes the character of multi-dimensional organizational structure. Taking Huawei WCDMA project of XX Unicom for example, this paper points out the potential management problems the multi-dimensional organizational structure might bring, and meanwhile gives the suggestion that the efficiency of the IT project management can be promoted in such ways, First of all .constructing corresponding management and harmony mechanism and nailing down correlated management rules; Then improving the communication methods, specifying the responsibilities, and changing the way the staff think and so on.
