Study on Value Innovation Management of Juice Processing Enterprises

摘要：

A model of value innovation management is built based on the systematic understanding of development characteristic of juice processing industry and the summarization of innovation features of juice processing agricultural enterprises. The model is composed of space dimension and time dimension. In view of agricultural industrial chain, the space dimension sums up the possible innovation point at each link of juice processing agricultural industrial chain; In view of life cycle of enterprises, the time dimension illuminates innovation types that should be adopted according to the category maturity life cycle of enterprises. The model reveals an integrated viewpoint of TRIZ, company evolution theory and value innovation thought of blue ocean strategy, it has important significance for the innovation practices of agricultural enterprises. Lastly, a case of value innovation practices of Beijing Huiyuan Juice Group is given.
