MATERIAL LOGISTIC PROCESS CONTROL IN HIERARCHICAL WORKSHOP MODEL
Logistic control and schedule is an extremely necessary part of production schedule in workshop. By using hierarchical model as the object of research, material logistic process control in workshop is studied. First, a four layer hierarchical control structure is presented according to literature study and production practice, and rational material logistic control conventions of hierarchical model are defined. Then, overall logistic control model of workshop is established based on those conventions via an instance; Next, main logistic control processes like task start-up, part machining including activities like waiting for machining, machining and waiting for transportation and part transportation including activities as loading, downloading between different layers are analysed, and key process control logics are listed. Key technologies as rule based logistic control, logistic buffer, AGV sensor and close-looped data collection are refined. Finally, development and implementation validates the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
