A HYBRID ALGORITHM FOR SURPLUS MATERIAL UTILIZATION BASED ON INTEGRATED EVALUATION AND MATCHING RULES
The high rate of surplus material utilization in boiler and shipping enterprises whose production mode is single and small batch will lead less manufacture cost. In this paper, to improve the utilization of surplus material, an integrated information model is built. Management properties, geometrical features, material features and economic properties are chosen as four primary evaluation factors. With this model, a hybrid algorithm for surplus material matching based on fuzzy integrated evaluation and matching rules is prompt. To compromise calculation efficiency and veracity, dynamic rules are assigned to different utilization cases. The method of parameter replacement is used to generate judgment expressions and execution expressions and SQL is applied to achieve the analysis of expressions.
