A SYSTEMATIC INNOVATION DESIGN METHOD BASED ON PATENT

摘要：

The patent is the life of a company. A systematic innovation design method which can help the company to design around existing patents of competitors and avoid the patent blockage of the competitors is presented. The steps of this method are introduced in detail. A patent of pumping unit is used as a case study to show the validity of this method. This method will help the company not only design around existing patents of competitors but also recreate on the basis of the patents of competitors.
