Study on Recrystallization of Spherical Nitroguanidine
In the paper, methods of NQ crystallization from various solvents such as NMP and DMF are described and Spherical forms of NQ crystals were obtained. Particle size distribution, SEM photos and vibration density of sperical-shaped NQ were determined. Sensitivity to friction and impact were inspected. The results presented in this paper can be taken as a guideline for the preparation of the sperical-shaped NQ.
