Study on the Binary Eutectic System of 3, 4-Dinitrofurazanfurozan

The liquefying and melting processes of the mixed systems of 3, 4-dinitrofurazanfuroxan (DNTF) with 1, 3, 5-trinitro-1, 3, 5-triazacyclohexane (RDX), 1, 3, 5-trinitrobenzene (TNB), 2, 4, 6-tetranitro-N-met-hylaniline (Tetryl) and benzotris-1, 2, 5-oxadiazol-1, 4, 7-trioxide (BTF) have been studied by high pressure differential scanning calorimeter (PDSC). On the basis of PDSC characteristic values of the systems with various components ratio, the phase diagrams of apparent fusion heat (H) with composition (X) and liquefying temperature (T) with composition (X) have been constructed respectively. The eutectic compositions and temperatures of these four binary systems were obtained from H–X and T–X methods to be 96.16/3.84, 95.93/4.07 (mol%) and 104.2 ℃ for DNTF/RDX, 43.51/56.49, 43.05/56.95 (mol%) and 70.7 ℃ for DNTF/TNB, 49.57/50.43, 49.83/50.17 (mol%) and 84.3 ℃ for DNTF/Tetryl and 72.43/27.57, 75.43/24.57 (mol%) and 97.9 ℃ for DNTF/BTF, respectively.
