Influence of Sensitizing Method on Crystallization of Emulsion Ezplosive under Dynamic Pressure

Using water dissolved method, crystallization quality of emulsion explosive sensitized by two kinds of sensitizing agent was measured under dynamic pressure. Demulsification degree of emulsion explosive was denoted by crystallization quality. Influence of sensitizing method on demulsification degree was analyzed. Experimental results shows that the crystallization quality of emulsion explosive increases with sensitizing agent content at the same dynamic pressure, on the other hand, at the same content of sensitizing agent, the crystallization quality of emulsion explosive sensitized by glass micro-balloon(GMB) less than that of sensitized by expanded perlite. So the dynamic pressure resistance ability of emulsion explosive sensitized by GMB excelled expanded perlite. Reducing properly sensitizing agent content can reduce demulsification of emulsion explosive and improve its dynamic pressure resistance ability.
