Study on Equilibrium and Kinetics of 4?Molecular Sieves Adsorption of Small Amount of Water from UDMH
The adsorption characteristics of small amount of water in unsymmetrical dimethyl hydrazin (UDMH) on 4(A) molecular sieves were studied in the paper. The isothermal adsorption data was measured, and fitted well by the models of Langmiur and Freundlich. Thermodynamics functions of adsorption were calculated by Clausius-Clapeyron, and the mechanism of adsorption was discussed. All adsorption heat was measured by micro DSC. The results indicate that the adsorptive capacity of water on 4(A) molecular sieves was 0.2g/g and isometric adsorption heat was between 28.5 kJ/mol-38.1 kJ/mol. This process was a type of physical adsorption. Besides, in adsorptive capacity corresponding measured adsorption heat by micro DSC was slightly big than was calculated date by comparatively.
