Actual Application of Light Activated Device in the Test of Initiating System

摘要：

The velocity test of the separation device ignited with initiating explosive device is an important index to evaluate product performance. As the displacement of kinetic device well known, the velocity test is commonly equated with time test. If a moving object has larger volume with lower speed，and there is no optical signal in the whole process, some common methods couldn’t measure accurately such as “break-connect target and “light-electricity. In this paper, a new method with light activated device is applied, light source and receiver must be provided manually. Base on the characteristics of voltage jump caused by light activated device turned on or off accompanying with beam, the time determination is measured accurately with a bleeder circuit.
