Magnesium Particle Ignition with Account of Metal Vaporization
The effect of metal evaporation on ignition delay times and ignition critical diameter of Mg particles was studied experimentally and modelled numerically. It was shown that metal vaporization affected significantly on ignition characteristics of fine particles (diameter< 300 mcm).
