Influence of Radiofrequency on Sensitivity and Performance for Hot-Bridge Electric Ezplosive Device
The influence of radiofrequency on sensitivity and performance for hot-bridge electric explosive device was researched by conduction method. The sensitive frequency for the samples was measured first, and then the radiofrequency sensitivity was tested and calculated on the condition of sensitive frequencies based on the up-down method and the influence of radiofrequency on performances for hot-bridge electric explosive device was researched finally. The sensitive frequency for the sample is 0.4 MHz and the 50% fire power is 0.428 W. The electric resistance of hot-bridge increases 2.5%-6.3% after irradiation for 1–5 min, and 20% samples are cook-off during irradiation. The fire time of samples after irradiation increases obviously, and 10% samples are misfire during the normal fire sensitivity test.
