Discussion preliminary on new ideals of making decision of development and construction of large-medium scale projects
Nowadays, Development is one of common theme around the world, also in a long term period in the future; however, at the same time, human being often encounter serious challenges of syndrome (problems, disaster and phenomenon) of great environment, zoology and society development. The new ideals of making decision on project development are discussed helpfully, and some new ideals of harmony, order and benefit are given, which play certain constructive roles. Due to my knowledge, maybe some mistakes occur, welcome to point out.
