On ezperimental simulation of rockburst processes of a deep-buried tunnel in Gaoligong range, Southwest China
Rockburst is a kind of complicated dynamical phenomenon, which frequently occurs during deep-buried tunnel excavation and leads to geological disaster. Because of the complicated mechanism and multiple effect factors, rockburst prediction has become one of the special technical problems of tunnel con- struction. Taking an example from a deep-buried tunnel in Gaoligong range of southwest China, the engineering geological condition and in-situ crustal stress data has been analyzed, and the three-axis experimen- tal system has been applied to rockburst simulation under different states. The experimental results systematically reveal the rockburst characteristics and formation mechanism of granite and marble respectively, as well as the impaction of crustal stress on the stability of tunnel. The relevant realizations have important significance for deep-buffed tunnel construction in the orogenic belt with complicated geological condition.
