The Strengthening Mechanism and Microstructure Control for Hot Rolled Automobile Steels

摘要：

Different steel grades hot rolled pose different strengthening mechanism depend on requirement to their microstructure and mechanical properties and performance which are controlled by the technology and facilities of rolling,cooling,and coiling．For HSLA steels the main strengthening mechanism is gain refining strengthening and transformation strengthening．For AHSS,the transformation mechanism plays a key roll in getting both high strength and good ductility． The solid solute strengthening and precipitation strengthening is a commonly used strengthening mechanism in different kinds of steels．In the design and production of hiISh strength auto steels the Chemistry and technology parameters of hot rolling should be controlled rationally and harmonically according to the microstmcture required．
