Development of Manufacturing Technologies for Automobile Steel

摘要：

The requirement to the steel industry for the supply of high strength products seems to be accelerated to reduce the car weight from the point of saving energy. There are,however,still many problems to be solved in manufacturing process．because of a high deformation resistance and a complex control．In this paper hot and cold rolling technologies, processing technologies(PC,CAL,CGL,EGL)and apphcation technologies(Stamping,Joining and Crashworthiness etc．)for high strength steel are presented and discussed．It is necessary to deepen a joint research of the ear company and the steel manufacturer,to overcome these problems,and to tie to the new product development．
