Study on Control Rolling and Control Cooling of DP Steel Produced by CSP
Hot-rolling DP steel becomes the important part of modern automobile steels because of its advantages of low yield ratio,high initial working harden rate,good matching between strength and elongation,etc. This paper studies the influence of low temperature deformation and cooling technology on the microstructure and performance of DP steel produced by CSP. The result shows that if the deforming temperature is lower and the deformation is bigger,the ferrite transformation temperature is higher. So properly decreasing the deforming temperature is beneficial to attain fine and uniform ferrite microstructure. And the microstructure and performance of DP steel is very sensitive to the middle slow cooling temperature. After the strip is properly slow cooled some time in the temperature ranges where rapid and large quantity ferrite phase transformation occurs,then cooled below 200℃, a certain percentage of ferrite plus martensite microstructure can be attained.
