Design of UFC Process Parameters for Hot Rolled Dual Phase Steel

摘要：

Emphasizing on the design of UFC process parameter,it was presented in detail about the application of UFC technology on the two stepped cooling for hot rolled dual phase steels and the determination of intermediate temperature, coiling temperature,holding time,cooling rates of two stages. Based on the analysis of the produce process on site and the comparison with the measured property data,it is known that this design can meet the on-site conditions and the requirement of product properties.
