Annealing Process of Phosphorus Plus High-strength IF Steel

摘要：

Under the experimental conditions,recrystallization temperature decreases as the prolongation of heat insulating time in PIF340 steel. The recrystllization temperatures are 670? when the heating insulating times are one hour and 650? when the heating insulating times are three hours. Heating rate has some influence to recrystallization process,so rate control 50℃/h better. According to the characteristics of batch annealing,annealing temperature control upper limit during the batch annealing with enough heat insulating time,in order to uniform the temperature of steel coils and cold spot. Industrial production and application show that the IF steel cold rolled sheet has excellent and steady properties.
