The Development on 610 MPa Grade Hot Rolled Sheet for Automobile Crossbeam in Pan Steel

摘要：

The 610 MPa grade hot rolled sheet for automobile crossbeam was developed by adopting microalloying design, controlled rolling and controlled cooling in Pangang. This steel has steady mechanical properties. The range of yield strength is 510-645 MPa and average yield strength is 569 MPa. The range of tensile strength is 615 ~710 MPa and average tensile strength is 652 MPa. The range of elongation is 22%-30% and average elongation is 26%. The steel s discrepancy performance is smaller with the same volumes,yield strength and tensile strength of discrepancy performance is less than 20 MPa and elongation is less than 3% with the same volumes. The steel has excellent low temperature impact toughness and forming property.
