Influence of Isothermal Transformation Temperature on Mechanical Properties of TRIP-aided Cold-rolled Steel with Aluminum
The influence of isothermal transformation temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties in 0. 18C1.54Mn-0.5Si -1.03Al cold rolling TRIP(transformation induced plasticity) steel sheets was investigated, using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction measurements. The best product of strength and ductility, which is 21.1 GPa·%,is obtained by heat-treating in 840℃×180 s+420℃×240 s. The volume fraction of retained austenite, which is 8. O%(the volulne fraction of ferrite and bainite is 56.6%and 35.4%),is also obtained by this heat treatment process. It is good to enhance the performance of the material by increasing intercritieal annealing time properly at 840℃. Cementite precipitation occurs at the high isothermal transformation temperature, and it will decrease the performance of the material.
