Our research interests are concentrated on a series of problems on analysis of protein spatial structure characters except the prediction problem of the secondary and three-dimensional structure, which are: 1 The depth theory and analysis of γ-Accessible radius for proteins The depth concept is a statistical concept, it is differentiate to the depth of biology. The definition of γ-Accessible radius is generalize of depth. We are given a sequence study and calculation for these theory. 2 Some models of protein spatial structure characters, for example: Definition and calculation of the “Cavity in a protein; Calculation methods of the channel or channel network in a protein; Analysis concavo-convex of protein surface; Represent of the relationship between ligands and receptors, and so on.
