Measurement and Correlation of Liquid-Solid Equilibrium Data of D-Mannitol in Ethanol + Water and Acetone+Water Solvent Systems
With a laser monitoring observation technique, the liquid-solid equilibrium data of D-mannitol in ethanol+water and acetone+water solvent systems at atmospheric pressure was measured by the synthetic method from 278.15 K to 313.15 K. The experimental data was correlated with a semiempirical equation and the agreement was very good. The results can be used as essential data in the crystallization process of D-mannitol.
