The Modeling and Optimization of Cooling Crystallization Process with Fouling Layer

In most process of crystallization, it’s very difficult to avoid the scale formation. For the crystal fouling layer will encumbrance the process of heat transmission, the procedure has to be prolonged to obtain the aimed output. What’s more, the cooling curve is a crucial polytechnic parameter of the cooling crystallization course. A novel approach is developed in this article to model and optimize the process of cooling crystallization which has crystal dirt on the crystal vessel wall. The result of optimization is shown by the images of crystal and the purity of product.
