Determination and Correlation of Valsartan Solubility in Ethyl Acetate/N-Hezane Binary Miztures
The solubility of valsartan in ethyl acetate/n-hexane binary mixtures was measured by a synthetic method over the temperature range from 278.15 K to 313.15 K at atmosphere pressure. The results show that the solubility of valsartan increases with increasing temperature and decreases with the increasing mole fraction of n-hexane in the binary mixtures. The experimental data were correlated using the CNIBS/Redlich-Kister model and the agreement with the experimental data was very good.
