Ezperimental Determination of Solubility and Metastable Zone Width of Paracetamol

摘要：

In this paper, solubility of paracetamol in water, ethanol and propanol were measured; the effects of initial temperature and cooling rate on the metastable zone widths of paracetamol in water were also measured. The results show that solubility of paracetamol in the three pure solvent increased with the increase of temperature，while the metastable zone widened with the increase the cooling rate and narrowed with increase of the agitating rate, initial temperature does not have significant effect on metastable zone.
