Study on the Coupled Process of Thermal Decomposition and Reactive Crystallization of Lithium Bicarbonate Solution
The coupled process of thermal decomposition and reactive crystallization of LiHCO3 solution was studied in this research. Results show the decomposition temperature of LiHCO3 solution is 62 oC. The apparent reaction rate rises up with the increase of temperature and stirring speed, and an empirical equation of the apparent reaction rate was correlated as: r= 4.54×1024 exp(-173560/RT) C6.32. Both the microwave and ultrasound can facilitate the reaction and decrease the particle size.
