Effect of Surfactants on Metastable Zone Width of Succinic acid Aqueous Solution

摘要：

With a laser monitoring observation technique, the metastable zone widths of succinic acid in water with and without surfactants are measured. The results show that the metastable zone width increase in presence of small amount of tween80 or CTAB. The presence of SDBS could not change the metastable zone width. With the increasing of cooling rate the metastable zone width also become wider obviously.
