Concentration Monitoring of β-Artemether Anti-Solvent Crystallization Using UV-Vis Fiber Spectroscopy

摘要：

On-line concentration measurement of β-artemether in anti-solvent crystallization was studied by using UV-vis fiber spectroscopy. A calibration model of β-artemether concentration based on the law of Lambert-Beer was developed using partial least square regression, and concentration of β-artemether can be calculated from the UV-vis absorbance and the mass fraction of water in solvent mixtures, results show that the relative average deviation is< 5.8%.
