Research on Key Technique of General Purpose ATE Model

摘要：

For meeting the interchangeability requirements of ATE,an ATE model is presented based on COM technique.Making use of COM technique,test functions of ATE are transformed into different modules;TPS can use modules through special interface. The model can be managed by database software.So the impact of instrument changing is greatly reduced.
