Research and Development of Non-magnetic Heat meters Based on ZigBee and GPRS
Adopting MSP430 ultra-low power 16-bit single-chip microcomputer as the core of heat meters,Pt1000 matching platinum resistance as temperature measurement sensor,non-magnetic meter as the hot water flow measurement sensor,the micro-power testing of heat consumption in the heat exchange circuit and wireless reading meter combined with ZigBee and GPRS are realized here.ZigBee node module uses highperformance microcontroller module CC2430 wireless transmission module and transplants ZigBee2006 protocol stacks,GPRS module uses MC39i module. After more than four months running and testing,the test results show that the system has outstanding benefits of low power consumption,low transmission error rate and high antiinterference performance and deserves better popularization.
