Design of A Ceramic Mud Argil Content Detector

The stability of argil pottery clay of ceramic mud will impact the quality of ceramics products directly,so does the content of argil. In this paper,the test methods about the content of argil of ceramic mud are recommended the test methods proves to be complex by analysis,beginning with the formula mode of capacitance of the flat capacitors,and combining with the construction of the cylinder capacitance sensor,we can devide ceramic mud into two parts: one is pure water whose equivalent high is H1 the other is pure pottery clay whose equivalent high is H2. Total capacitance is the parallel capacity of pure water capacitance C1and pure pottery clay capacitance C2 the mathematic formula mode of the relationship of argil content/,coefficient K,α and the capacitor varible can be deduced. With the designed circuit,we can figure out coefficient K,α,and △U of the cylinder capacitance sensor. The argil content of the ceramic mud can directly be got. According to the experimental test,the precision of the cylinder capacitor sensor conforms to the productive standards.
