Correlating the I-V Curve of Solar Cell with IRAGA
In order to realize the correlating of solar cells I-V curve,and to obtain the craftwork parameters,we do research on fitting algorithm of solar cells l-V curve with IRAGA. Firstly,according to the characteristics of solar cells mathematical model equation,it brings forward correlating with IRAGA. secondly,we analyze the problems of IRAGA. On the basis of them,we put forward some improved methods for the coding way,the cross probability and the variance probability. Finally,we set up the object function of IRAGA to correlate the I-V curve of solar cell. And we compare it with Quasi-Monte Carlo algorithm and SNTO algorithm. The experiment result shows that the computing workload is 3% less than Quasi-Monte Carlo algorithm,and it is 7% less than sNTO algorithm. Meantime,it can obtain five craftwork parameters of solar cell precisely. It provides a solid theory tool to improve the performance of solar cell.
