Investigation of Discriminator Grade CdZnTe Detector and Associated Electronics Applying For CBS System

摘要：

A few kinds of CdZnTe detectors are analysed in this paper. Considering of the property of CBS system,the electrode structure of discriminator grade CdZnTe detector and the associated low noised micropreamplifier and shaping amplifier used for CBS system are designed. At room temperature,the detecting systems energy resolution with 5mm×5mm×5mm discriminator grade CdZnTe detector and micro-nuclear electronics circuits is 3.87%(FWHM) for 662keV l37Cs y-ray source.
