Magnetic-thermal Coupling Analysis of Dual-redundancy BLDCM
In order to improve the reliability of the system,a dual-redundancy high-voltage brushless DC motor based on 270V is designed According to the structural features of dual-redundancy high-voltage brushless DC motor, the mathematical model is built up,and the calculation formula of torque is derived when the motor work in the dual-redundancy. This paper set up the electromagnetic field model and magnetic-thermal coupling model of a dual-redundancy high-voltage brushless DC motor,carry out the simulation of the motor,and comparatively analyze the EMF,torque and speed when the motor work between single winding and dual-redundancy. The simulation results show that: the Dual-redundancy high-voltage brushless DC motor can achieve same dynamic characteristics with single winding motor,and the torque is twice. Meanwhile,it greatly improve the reliability of the system.
