Design and Analysis of a Self-validating Pressure Transducer
The structure parameters of the transducer for selfvalidating pressure sensor are designed. The elastic body of the transducer is based on circular-flat diaphragm structure. The material,shape,thickness and radius of the elastic body are designed by theoretical calculation according to the design indexes. Then,a multi-arrangement of strain gauges on the elastic body is established. After that,a finite element analysis of the designed elastic body is made by means ANSYS,including its characteristics of static and dynamic,obtained the distribution of the displacement,stress,strain,the inherent frequency and linearity of the elastic body. The analysis result indicates that the designed elastic body fulfills the requirement of self-validating pressure sensor.
