Application of PLC and Touch Screen in Two-way Eztrusion of Biomass Block Fuel Prototyping Machine

摘要：

The biomass energy is a kind of renewable resources. After using the prototyping machine to press bio energy into block in ordinary temperature,it can be used as a fuel. This paper introduces a kind of twoway extrusion fuel prototyping machine,which can transform crop stalks into the biomass energy by normal forming technology. This system uses Siemens s7-200 PLC as the control core,and by programming achieve manually/automatic dual control. Combining with the communication configuration,each picture configuration and alarm configuration of touch screen,it can real-time monitoring the system,and also will enhance the reliability,stability and visibility. The two-way extrusion of biomass block fuel prototyping machine has made a lot of extrusion prototyping test for crop stalks such as corn,soybean and sesame,and achieved good effect.
