Study on Positioning Control of Transfer Robot with Solar Cell

In odder to improve positioning precision and decrease the exceed initial value of solar cell transfer robot,we design a kind of P1D controller with fuzzy self-adjusting function based on fuzzy control technique,solve the problem that the P IDcontroller can not adjust parameters itself on line. The result of simulation in fuzzy logic toolbox of Mat lab proves that the controller possess both the precise character of PID-controller and the flexible advantage of fuzzy controller. Fuzzy PID control be used into transfer robot with solar cell,the positioning experiment has been done. The result show that the positioning error can be controlled within 0.028%of real valve and the regulation system has good dynamic and static quality. This system not only solves the fragments emerging in the procedure but also enhances the efficiency of the test. it has amplitude application foreground in the solar cell field.
