Hybrid Vehicle Motor Test Platform Development and Application

An experimental research platform based on dynamic testbed is developed and applied for electric motor test and analysis. Fieldbus including CAN,LAN and RS-232 are used to share data between motor controller,testbed control computer and dynamic testbed controller. A serial of program based on LabVlEW is developed to record and process data. Motor characteristic curve is acquired through experiments on this testbed. Motor model is build and validated.
